Our Rates

Court Costs

In order to initiate a divorce, legal separation, annulment or paternity case, the Los Angeles Superior Court requires a fee of $395.00 per party.

In certain circumstances when a party is considered “low income”, the court can waive these initial costs. However, the majority of individuals are expected to pay their own court costs.
